Placing an order

An order placed on this website is a request to buy, not a completed sale. The sale is confirmed when we call you and confirm stock. If an item turns out to be unavailable, we tell you and cancel that item at no cost to you.

Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes.
• The struck-through price is the maximum retail price; the bold price is what you pay.
• If a price is displayed incorrectly due to an error, we will tell you before dispatch and you may cancel free of charge.

Coupons

Coupon codes are valid only while displayed on the website, apply to one order at a time, cannot be combined, and are subject to the minimum order value shown. We may withdraw a coupon at any time; orders already placed are not affected.

Product descriptions and photos

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on different screens, and handmade items vary a little from piece to piece. This variation on its own is not a defect.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available on orders up to ₹20,000. UPI payment is verified before dispatch. We never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN or card details over the phone.

Delivery and replacement

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in the shipping policy. Replacements are covered by the replacement policy. Both form part of these terms.

Liability

Our responsibility for any order is limited to replacing the product or refunding what you paid for it. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, transport strikes or other events outside our control, though we will always keep you informed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law, and any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the courts of South 24 Parganas, West Bengal.
