The exact delivery charge is shown on the cart and checkout pages before you place the order. There are no charges added afterwards.
Delivery time
- Gangasagar and nearby PIN codes — same day if ordered before 4 PM, otherwise next day.
- Elsewhere in South 24 Parganas — 2 to 3 working days.
- Rest of India — 3 to 6 working days by courier.
Delivery may be slower during Durga Puja, heavy rain or cyclone warnings. We call you if anything is delayed.
Serviceable PIN codes
Local rates apply to 743373, 743370, 743363, 743357, 743349 and 743347. You can check any PIN code on a product page before ordering. We deliver to the rest of India by courier at the standard rate.
Before delivery
- We call the number you gave to confirm the order and the address.
- If we cannot reach you after two attempts on two different days, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
- Keep the exact cash amount ready for cash-on-delivery orders where possible.
Checking the product at delivery
You can open the packet and check the product in front of the delivery person. If it is damaged or the wrong item, refuse it there and then — you pay nothing and we send a replacement.
