What we collect

Only what is needed to deliver your order: your name, mobile number, delivery address, PIN code, and optionally your email address and a delivery note.

What stays on your device

Your cart, wishlist, recently viewed products and past orders are stored in your browser’s local storage on this device. They are not uploaded anywhere and are not visible to us. Clearing your browser data removes them permanently.

How we use your information

• To call you and confirm the order.
• To pack and deliver the products to the correct address.
• To handle a replacement or a question about a past order.

What we never do

• We never sell or rent your phone number or address to anyone.
• We never send marketing messages you did not ask for.
• We never ask for your card number, UPI PIN, OTP or bank password — not on the phone, not on WhatsApp, never. Anyone who does is not us.

Payments

Cash-on-delivery orders involve no payment information at all. If you pay by UPI, the transaction happens inside your own UPI app — we only see that the payment arrived, never your bank or card details.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. The only data stored is the cart and order information described above, kept in your own browser.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your name, number and address from our order records at any time by calling +91 62978 49516. We keep order records for one year for replacement and accounting purposes, then delete them.
